We're always glad to help you with your web site, however, take a look here and see if you can't find an answer to your question first. Otherwise email me.
You need to change the Domain Name Servers for your domain name at the place you registered it at. We personally use GoDaddy.com to register all our domain names. The domain names should be changed to:
ns.enfaonline.net
ns2.enfaonline.net
Then when you have gone through the registration process we add you to our name servers so that your site will work. It usually takes about a day for the transfer/registration of a domain name to take effect. If you're not too computer savvy, give us a call and we can walk you through this important step.
That's easy, just use our Forgot Password utility found on the login page. It sends you your info to the email address you used to sign up your site with.
Sometimes on a Mac, the file extension doesn't work. Be sure the file has a "." period and "jpg" after it. NOT .jpeg and make sure it doesn't have any other periods in the filename either.
If you're using a Mac, use Mozilla Firefox, not Safari. There is no fix for this at this time.
Firefox can be found here
Likewise, if you know HTML, you can just type the html in the blank text box. Or, use an HTML editor and copy it into the blank box.
Good Question. At this time no. It's a great feature that will be added at a later time.
Gold Members can, if you know how, to create their own CSS Style Sheets (including graphics) and I'll put it on the server for you to use. Ask for this and I'll supply a sample .css for you to edit.
RSS feeds are scheduled to be included in the Gold Membership plan. Look for this feature in January/February 2008.
Search engines are a fickle thing. But, be sure to include your name in the Key Words (found on the main menu) Then it's just a matter of time for the search engine spiders to find you and catalog you in their search engine databases. If you're looking for "art" and don't find yourself, keep looking, you'll get there.
In order to use Paypal, you must sign up with Paypal and get an account with them. This process takes about a week for the full paypal use. Then, if you make an image available for purchase through Paypal, it uses your email address to complete the transaction.
While this answer could be made into a book, the short answer is: use words to describe your work to someone that is from a different planet and doesn't understand your language or what art is.
No. All code for the ENFA sites are property of ENFA. However, see CSS Style sheets above.
If you can find a really cool domain name that is Available, let me know. Besides, it's a form of branding and marketing.
